At the time that you created your TellTail account, you agreed to our Terms of Use and opted into receiving email communications from us.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from TellTail, there are a few simple things you can do yourself. Keep reading to learn more.
Communication From Dog Breeders
At the time that you created your TellTail account, you agreed to our Terms of Use and opted into sharing your contact information with our Certified Breeders.
While we can help you unsubscribe from email communications that are sent from TellTail, we do not have control over the communications that you are receiving directly from our Certified Breeders.
If you would like to stop hearing from breeders, please kindly let them know that you no longer wish to receive communications.
Remember: You registered for TellTail's service and indicated that you were seeking a new puppy. Please be kind to our Certified Breeders. Thank you.
Stop Receiving Breeder Match Notification Emails
These are emails that are sent from TellTail, not directly from breeders. You can turn these emails off at any time by following these instructions.
- Click here to log into your TellTail account.
- Navigate to your "Match Settings."
- Turn matching "OFF."
Unsubscribe From Marketing Communications
If you would like to unsubscribe from marketing emails, such as emails that are encouraging you to upgrade your TellTail account, you can simply click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
Close Your Account
Finally, you can also opt to close your account. This is a permanent change to your account, and you will not be able to reverse this change.
To close your account, please submit a ticket to TellTail Customer Support directly with your request.
