Unsubscribe From Marketing Communications
If you would like to unsubscribe from marketing emails, such as emails that are encouraging you to upgrade your TellTail account, you can simply click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
Please be aware that "unsubscribe" workflows are not perfect—unsubscribing from marketing communications may also result in buyer lead notifications or other support-related communications not being properly delivered.
Delete Litters to Stop Receiving Match Notification Emails
If you would like to stop receiving emails regarding new buyer leads that have been matched with you, you need to log into your account and delete your litters.
Close Your Account
Finally, you can also opt to close your account. This is a permanent change to your account, and you will not be able to reverse this change.
