How to Download Your Digital Badge

To download your digital badge, log in to your Pro account. Navigate to "Downloads" from the navigation menu. Here you can download your Certification Badge.

Click here to go there now.

When downloading your badge on a mobile device, be sure to check both your photos and your device files. Depending on your mobile device settings, your badge may download to "files" rather than "photos."

Finally, you can email our support team anytime and we can send you a digital copy of your Certified Breeder Badge. Select "submit a ticket" at the top of this page to make your request, or email us directly at hello@telltail.com.
